8 Pro Tips To Help Reveal Your Abs!

We know they’re under there. We’ve seen them in the past. Now the question becomes, “How The Hell Do I Reveal My Abs?”  
We all know doing ab exercises alone for the next 7 years won’t undercover our abs.  Through our years of experience and sharing experiences with other industry experts, we’ve put together 8 Pro Tips To Help Reveal Your Abs!

1.) Drink Water
We recommend drinking around 2.2 Liters or 9 (8 oz) Cups Per Day.
Stick to Spring, Filtered or Distilled Water.

Drinking water throughout the day not only helps keep you hydrated, it also helps you flush and cleanse your body. Always keep water nearby to increase your chance of remaining optimally hydrated throughout your day.

Challenge: Drink up to a gallon of water in a day and you’re a rockstar!
You’ll feel hydrated, energized and well cleansed.

2.) Eat Organic Whole Foods, Vitamins & Supplements.
Eat Real, Organic, Whole Foods! Incorporate a daily vitamin & any supplements that have been suggested for you. Getting your body operating at the optimal level for you will help you let go of fat, stress and reveal those abs!

Challenge: Eliminate processed foods and sugars from your diet.

Pro Tip: Shop around the outside perimeter of the grocery store, this is where they keep the fresh picked, whole foods. Avoid most things on a the shelves in the middle of the store. They contain preservatives to increase shelf life and are generally high in sugar.

3.) Be Mindful Of Your Portions.
A good rule of thumb to use for serving size or portions is to keep them around the size of your palm or your closed fist.

Replace refined sugars and refined grains with whole grains and real foods that do not have added sugar hidden in them.

8.) Perform Ab Routines & Stay On Top Of Your Cardio.
Stay committed & dedicated to the routine. Discipline will help keep the accountability and propel you toward your goal of revealing your abs!  Perform Ab Routines 3 – 4 Times Weekly & Really Push Yourself in the Cardio Sessions (check out various types of HIIT workouts, we think the Warrior Goddess in you will love them!).

Challenge: Push Yourself To Do A Few More. When you think you can’t do any more reps, do 1 more, do 2 more, then stop. When you think you can’t run any further, go .1 mile further, take 50 more steps, take 10 more steps. When you think you can’t do one more sit up or pull up, do 1 more, do 10 more, then stop.

Pro Tip: Variety in cardio & ab exercises will increase the rate of success. Change it up, keep it fresh & keep pushing yourself.
